Ingredients:
1. 1.5kg of Beef Mince.
2. 2 jars of Dolmio pasta sauce with Red Wine
3. 400g can of crushed or diced tomatoes.
4. 3 cloves of garlic
5. 2 carrots
6. 1 zucchini
7. 3 tablespoons of oil
Method:
1. Finely chop garlic.
2. Grate carrots and zucchini.
3. Heat oil over medium heat in a large saucepan.
4. Add chopped garlic and stir fry until garlic turns golden.
5. Add minced beef and keep stirring, breaking up the lumps of meat until the meat is no longer pink in colour.
6. Add carrots and zucchini and cook, stirring for about 3 minutes.
7. Add pasta sauce and canned tomatoes.
8. Stir and mix all ingredients well and bring mixture to boil.
9. Cover saucepan with lid, turn heat to low and cook, stirring every 15 minutes for about 45 minutes.
10. Turn off heat.
When we cooked this meal we had Spaghetti and cheese with it. This was tasted very nice and it filled everyone up a lot .
